Payments

We use PayPal® as our payment processing gateway. This is for your benefit. We realize some people do not like PayPal®, but paying through PayPal® protects both you, the consumer, and us. We never ever ever see any of your credit card or bank information when you pay directly through PayPal®, all of the financial transactions are processed on their end in a secure, professional environment. PayPal® no longer requires you to become a registered user to pay through their service. Once you check-out, you will be directed to their payment processing page and once the trasaction is complete, returned back to the Angel Baby Baskets™ website.

If you wish to pay via Credit Card but are unsure of how to use PayPal® or how to check out through our automated shopping cart, you can place your order off-line by contacting us. DO NOT SEND CREDIT OR PERSONAL IDENTITY INFORMATION OVER THE INTERNET-EVER-TO ANYONE! However, please be aware that we will still process your credit information through PayPal®.  

By using PayPal®, you may also pay via electronic check, instant transfer from your bank account, and existing PayPal® funds. Please refer to the PayPal® website for more specific information regarding their collection and use of your personal information.

We will also accept Money Order and Personal Check. Personal Checks will be held for 7-10 days to assure they clear. Once payment has cleared our account, your order will be shipped. Orders will be shipped upon receipt of money orders. If paying by Personal Check or Money Order, you will receive an email containing further instructions once your order is placed. Only International Money Orders or PayPal® will be accepted from International customers.

Returned checks will be charged $25 and may be put through again by the bank. Anyone whose check is returned for insufficient funds will forfeit check privileges.

If an order is placed incorrectly, payment will be rejected and a new order will hae to be placed. The most common error made by customers is failure to read the item specifics, including how many characters can be included in a line of engraving. This information is found directly above or next to the personalization box in which you must type your text to be personalized. The second most common reason for rejection is failure to choose the appropriate shipping method. The cart will default to USPS Priority for US orders; you may select Express to have an item sent sooner or you may select Media Mail if your order contains ONLY books. USPS regulations prohibit the use of Media Mail postage for any item that is not bound and printed. Please refer to our shipping scale below.

Shipping

In-Stock items are shipped within 7 business days or less. Shipping prices are flat rate based on value of purchase and include insurance (except on domestic Express and Media Mail, and International orders) and handling. Orders totaling $150.00 or more ship for free domestically and internationally.

Due to certain restrictions, our international shipping at this time is limited to these countries. If you do not see your country on this list, please contact us. We may be able to make special arrangements.

Gift Wrap and Item Specifics

We offer gift wrapping and a handwritten gift card on select items. Style of wrapping paper may vary. Packaging of gift baskets will consist of cellophane or tulle outwrap, gift bow, and handwritten gift card. Style of packaging may vary. Some of our gift baskets include items that may vary, such as tests, games and magazines. You can request a specific item be included and we will do our best to accomodate you, however we cannot guarantee it. In the event that an advertised item is not available, one of equal value will be substituted and when unavailable item does become available, it will be shipped to recipient under separate cover.

Returns and Exchanges

Jewelry and all other Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases of mistakes in artistry (i.e. named misspelled, wrong date, etc.). Unopened products (excluding teas and herbal extracts/tinctures, and body spray) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt (delivery confirmation on each package shipped will provide us with the date of receipt). Return shipping is at customer's expense unless item is damaged during transit (dissatisfaction with craftmanship of an item does not constitute damage). Refunds will be issued by company check and will be for the purchase price minus original shipping cost. Customers may also request store credit in lieu of a refund; store credits are valid for one year. In circumstances where items are damaged during transit, customer will receive full refund to include shipping costs both ways (return shipping may not exceed original ship cost) once the damaged item is received by the store. To return an item, please notify us at orders@angelbabybaskets.com. Notification of intent to return must be given within 30days of date of receipt of products; item must be returned within 14days of notification. Angel Baby Baskets will not be responsible for products lost during return transit; it is strongly encouraged that you purchase insurance. Failure to provide notification within 30days and/or to return ship product in question will void all rights to a refund or exchange.

Warranties and Liabilities

Angel Baby Baskets™ does not warranty pregnancy and ovulation tests. Those are the responsibility of the respective manufacturer. However, should you receive a test that is defective, please return it to us and we will replace it with another one free of charge (you must pay shipping back to the store). Customers are allowed to return a test for a replacement test ONCE. Replacement test will not come from the same batch, so as to ensure that you do not receive a defective test twice. Angel Baby Baskets™ assumes no liability for any erroneous diagnostic results. You are encouraged to seek professional medical help if you are unsure of your test result and/or you receive a positive home pregnancy test result. Early prenatal care is ESSENTIAL to the well-being of both mother and baby.

Women with irregular cycles, cycles shorter than 25 days or longer than 32 days, or any underlying medical condition such a thyroidism or Polycystic Ovarian Disorder, should seek professional medical advice before using ovulation prediction tests of any kind or herbal remedies. Ovulation tests are designed with the average menstrual cycle in mind and may not work properly if used by women whose cycles fall out of the range of 25-32 days. Angel Baby Baskets™ does not make any promises or guarantees, implicit or otherwise, that the products we provide, including but not limited to the herbal remedies (teas, tinctures), will make you pregnant or prevent miscarriage / stillbirth / infant death. Nothing in life is guaranteed and we do not profess to be God. The products we provide are intended to assist you in your trying to conceive journey and are chosen for their anecdotal claims (meaning they may have worked for some people, but no guarantees they will work for you). Women currently taking fertility medications should NOT use any herbal remedy! PLEASE check with your doctor and/or licensed herbalist/naturopath before taking any herbal remedy to insure your safety. Some medications should NOT be combined with herbs. Only you and your doctor can make that decision. Customers assume their own risk.

Products sold on this site may contain small parts which could pose a choking hazard for children. Small children should not be allowed to handle or play with any of the items sold on this site (excluding the coloring books) without parental or adult supervision. Keep herbs and other items out of reach of all children, preferably on a high shelf. Should a child ingest any herbs or body care products, seek emergency medical help IMMEDIATELY.
