How do I use the tracker bracelet?
To use your tracker you simply move the charm one bead each day, starting at the space before the first moonstone bead on the first day that menstruation begins.
What if my cycle isn't 28 days? What if I don't ovulate on day 14?
We can customize the beads to reflect your unique cycle. Just choose the custom bracelet and in the special instructions section of the shopping cart let us know the details of your cycle (ie. 32 day cycle, ovulation on day 17).
What charms are available?
We offer three choices of charms, each with a different symbolic meaning.

Seven moonstone beads mark the pre-fertile days of your cycle, including menstruation. Every element of this bracelet has been chosen for its symbolic power. Red Jasper beads are believed to be a talisman for courage and to bring relief from pain.
